Natural aromas and flavors are manufactured from sound process grade fruit and produced in accordance with good manufactureing processes. Natural aromas and flavors are stripped during the evaporation stage of the juice concentration process, then rectified and condensed using a partitial condension system . The aromas and flavors contain only natural substances produced during maturation and processing of fruit, and contain no preservatives or processing aids.
